RIS (Research and Information System for Developing Countries),   a policy research think tank based in New Delhi is organizing a two-week course on Science Diplomacy, under ITEC Program sponsored by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. RIS has been organizing this course since 2017. The Course will commence on 6th January 2020 (Monday) and will end on 17th January 2020 (Friday).

Participants are expected to arrive at New Delhi by 5th January 2020. The course will be held at RIS, New Delhi.
The programme covers a wide range of themes, including various aspects of Science Diplomacy, trends in global Science and Technology and the growing role of South-South Cooperation in Science and Technology. Members of the civil service, diplomatic community, academia, research, media, scholars engaged in science, technology and innovation (STI) related themes and officials dealing in foreign affairs or managing international projects in STI , and, from ITEC  partner countries are eligible to apply.
